An iconic former warehouse fronting the River Aire which was built in the early 1900’s to support the adjacent Grade II listed Fletland Mills. Calls Landing is a fine example of a traditional, riverside warehouse that has been converted in more recent years to leisure and office space.
The upper floors were fully refurbished in 2017/2018 to create modern, functional offices that display the industrial features of the building’s original construction. The space has proved popular with media and creative businesses which congregate in this area of the city.
